Jenna here. I am the name behind the Chloe Madison LA and you might want to know why that name well its simple; it’s my daughter’s name. I am single mom to a 4 year old named Chloe Madison. I have always loved fashion since I was a little girl and discovered what a purse was and I knew if I had a daughter, her name would be Chloe after the famous designer and Madison from the street in NYC. I started out my career in fashion on the wholesale side. I have always been a shopper loved it since I was a little girl. I turned that passion for fashion to finding all the deals and smart ways to continue my shopping addiction on a budget.
When I turned 21 I was diagnosed with UC and it progressively got worse to the point that I ended up in living in the hospital for a year and half which led to my colon being removed. I have a Jpouch a no Colon still rollin as we like to call it! I thought once I got the colon removed I was going to be back to “normal” but, that was not the case for me I then got diagnosed with Crohns I was one of the unlucky people that the surgery didn’t work. With a lot of tears, pain, and anger I am excited to say that I am finally in remission as I get treatment every 4 weeks in the cancer center. I am so grateful for the amazing team of Doctors who saved my life.
A little more about me I have an addiction to Dr. Pepper, love online shopping, hanging out with my daughter and friends. I am always down for an adventure and you can count on me to blog about real life as they say I have no filter. I am excited to talk about the hard things to like living with a chronic illness to being a single parent doing it all. I am a true believer in making a difference, connecting with amazing people and living life to the fullest.
